[原创] Abercrombie and Fitch 4名男子打砸餐馆后殴打民警均获刑

　　本报讯(记者 杨兴云)5月3日,abercrombie，荣昌县4名男子砸烂餐馆的桌椅，还将前来执法的民警打伤。昨日，记者从荣昌县法院获悉,giubbotti moncler，胡某等4人被法院以妨害公务罪判处6个月至8个月不等的有期徒刑。
　　荣昌县公安局民警刘杰、刘佳赶到现场后，立刻对双方进行劝解并制止胡某等人的行为，胡某不但不听劝解反而上前抓扯、推搡两位民警，最后竟然殴打民警，被随后赶来的民警制服，并送交派出所。
　　5月3日21时许，荣昌县男子胡某等4人在荣昌县昌元街道一餐馆吃饭时不慎摔坏了一个玻璃杯。结账时,louboutin，服务员要求其对摔坏的玻璃杯进行赔偿，4人不同意，双方发生争执,christian louboutin。争执中胡某喊道：“要赔钱,abercrombie and fitch，大不了赔你一万块嘛”，然后抓起餐馆内的桌椅、餐具就砸。见此情景，餐馆老板连忙拨打电话报警。


　　法院审理认为，胡某等4人以暴力阻碍国家机关工作人员依法执行公务,polo ralph lauren homme，已构成妨害公务罪。鉴于胡某等4人到案后均能如实供述自己的罪行，依法对其从轻处罚，遂作出了前述判决,moncler outlet。
